Booking requests
A form submission is a request only and does not guarantee vehicle availability, price or confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and completion of any required payment or documentation.
Accuracy of information
Vehicle images, descriptions, prices and availability are kept accurate. Final rental terms are stated in the rental agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect loss caused by website downtime, errors or third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Disputes are handled through the competent courts or dispute resolution process available under applicable law.
