Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
Late pick-up or no-show
Late arrival, no-show bookings and partial refunds are handled according to the confirmed booking terms.
Vehicle unavailability
If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, an equivalent vehicle, upgrade, reschedule or refund may be offered according to availability and booking terms.
