Rental Policy
Driver requirements, deposits, vehicle use and inspection rules for car rental services.

Eligibility
Drivers must meet the minimum age, licence validity and identification requirements stated in the final rental agreement. Additional checks may apply for premium vehicles or long rentals.
Required documents
- Valid driving licence accepted in Malaysia.
- Passport, national ID or other approved identification.
- Payment card or approved payment method for rental fees and deposit.
Vehicle inspection
The renter and company representative inspect the vehicle at pick-up and return. Existing marks, fuel level, accessories and mileage are recorded in writing.
Deposits and charges
Deposit amount, excess, late return fees, cleaning fees, tolls, fuel charges, traffic fines and administrative charges must be clearly confirmed before release of the vehicle.
Use restrictions
Vehicles may not be used for illegal activity, racing, towing, off-road driving, ride-hailing, sub-rental or cross-border travel unless expressly approved in writing.
